Sheffield park, UK 😊 HOW TO GET A HEALTHY BODY (NO TRICKS) If I offer you a banana with 150 calories, & a muffin w 100 calories, which one would you choose? Everyone tells me a banana. But why, if it has more calories? Because deep inside you know, your body knows what to do when you eat a banana. When you eat a muffin, that has been filled with chemicals (& LASTS MONTHS), your body does not know what to do with it. It then decides to STORE it as fat. Fat free = full of sugar Sugar free = full of hidden sugars. Your ego lies, your body doesn't. Look at your hair & nails, are they growing & strong? Does your skin have allergies? Your body communicates this way when you starve it of the needed vitamins & minerals. If you take action when your body whispers, you won't have to hear it scream. 1. Reduce buying food w labels (you will stop counting calories for sure). By labels I mean anything that does NOT expire within 3 days. 2. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, water. 3. Do an exercise that you ENJOY. Forcing yourself to do something you don't like it's soul destroying. 4. Learn to say "no" to tempting foods = check labels, it's full of terrifying unknown stuff. 5. If you fill your emotional need w a hobby, you won't be looking for happiness in the fridge. It's never too late to start to 6. closely, is your liver happy with you? Is your heart happy with you? Or are you suffocating them with fat foods, creating the perfect storm for a ? 7. Quit alcohol, it's a depressor, full of calories & damn expensive. 8. Quit/reduce it irritates you more for no reason. Nobody needs caffeine, anyone can quit it. Watch out for the migraine withdrawal symptom.. 9. Quit drugs. Your body will only tolerate that much. 10. Cuándo tenes ganas de comer algo rico y no lo haces porque tu mente esta llena de candados imaginarios con creencias aprendidas de vaya a saber dónde, terminas PENSANDO cada vez más en eso. . Y más. Y más. . No existe evidencia de que el azúcar sea malo, que nos genere alguna enfermedad o lo que sea. . Si hay evidencia de que una persona con #anorexia cuando come (si puede) azúcar, la amígdala (responsable de la activación del miedo) esta en 🔥. . Curioso que cuando comen edulcorante no se activa nada, y pueden percibir placer, por que se activa el núcleo accumbens (donde tenemos la habilidad de sentir eso y la recompensa). . Lindo el poder de las creencias no?. Y lindo el poder que tienen los medios/familia/amigos/etc de transmitir esos "conocimientos". . Sin ir más lejos, cualquiera puede escuchar los comentarios/bromas de personas que al comer algo "prohibido" dicen "Uy mañana dieta, full gym, no debería...Que gordx soy". . 🙄. . El atracón y su circuito esta re estudiado. Tus pensamientos y restricciones también. . Busca ayuda si esto te esta afectando la salud 🧡. . . . . . .
