Dinner was simple & oh so good: 1. Baby back ribs rubbed in garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sea salt! Cooked on 350 for 1.5 hours. 2. Pasta salad: ancient harvest rotini, chopped veggies & @primalkitchenfoods dressing! Chilled is best! Simple & delicious!

Meal prep yeah! — 1. Taco salads — ground turkey + low sodium taco seasoning. Plain Greek yogurt, salsa & cheese in these wonderful plastic containers (amazon find). 2. Protein box — hard boiled eggs 🥚 can be pre-bought. 3. Buffalo chicken salads — so easy: canned chicken, Franks hot sauce, bolt house ranch dressing ... so good! 4. Go to snacks: nature valley almond cups, RX bars, power crunch bars. Fail to plan, plan to fail.

🏋️‍♂️NEW SEASON TIME TO WORK🏋️‍♂️ @gabbydmartin first high school and summer season over and now it's time for the offseason, where we work and grind so that the regular season ain't nothing but a thang. I'm excited to see what this next season holds and excited to watch her progress unfold. I love using this drill with different variations of the swing which incorporates strength, power and allows us to see what our body is doing. I usually place the bag outside, middle and in. Allows us to see the swing from all areas. Again you can incorporate different variations of the swing. One of my favorite drills to use this offseason. I drink greens & take my multi-vitamins consistently. 7. I am so much more confident I have ups and downs — but when all else fails, I never quit & you should either!

If you CAN get to the top of the world what would you do with it?? . Would you turn into an arrogant person or would you turn into a person who still isn’t satisfied? . I know when I get there I will set new goals and start my journey toward them as well as helping out and bringing as many people with me as I can!!! . Being on the top is boring alone! . For me being on top with loved ones and friends who have all exceeded the standards ans EARNED it would be much more enjoyable than me being alone... . That being said if no one l wants to earn it than I guess it’ll just be me alone! . Bc I can tell you this I WILL EARN IT!!! . . . . . aspiring athlete
